Design Story

Mechanical Engineering Hoodie for Engineers Balancing Tolerance Stack-Ups and Scrap Rates

Design said it works on screen. Production said they held the print. Now in assembly, the parts won't fit. The math doesn't lie, but the tolerance stack-up does. Debugging GD&T: Stop the Blame Game. This hoodie is the battle gear for quality engineers and manufacturing engineers decoding MMC, bonus tolerances, and stack-ups—essential for cold Swedish factory floors where nominal dimensions never tell the full story.
