A Material Specifications
A1 What defines "Airlume Combed" cotton?
Mechanical Purification. Airlume combing removes more impurities and short fibers than standard combing for smoother prints and pilling resistance.
A2 Why use Organic Blanks?
Organic blanks (marked "Organic" on product pages) reduce environmental impact through lower water use, healthier soil, and less energy demand.
A3 What does "Pre-shrunk" mean?
Improved dimensional stability. “Pre-shrunk” indicates the fabric/garment has undergone a stabilization process intended to reduce shrinkage after purchase. Some shrinkage can still occur, especially with heat.
A4 What is your printing technology?
Industrial DTG printing. We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with water-based textile inks. Printer models and ink systems can vary by fulfillment facility.

B1 How does On-Demand reduce waste?
Each item is manufactured exclusively after your order is confirmed, which helps reduce overproduction and unsold inventory.
B2 Is manufacturing ethical?
Yes. We strictly select manufacturing partners operating under rigorous third-party oversight. Key facilities hold certifications such as WRAP or Fair Labor Association (FLA) accreditation. Specific credentials vary by production location.

C1 Is the website eco-friendly?
Yes. Our digital footprint is minimized by design. Our corporate infrastructure (email, domain) is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, certified ISO 14001/50001 and powered by renewable energy. Our storefront runs on Shopify, which operates with carbon offsetting and renewable energy commitments.
C2 Where is my data hosted?
Secure Cloud. Transactional data is secured on Shopify's Level 1 PCI DSS compliant cloud infrastructure. Customer support communications are managed via our Swiss-hosted servers.
C3 Do you resell data?
Never. We operate on a strict privacy-first policy. Your data is secured within Shopify's encrypted infrastructure and is never sold, traded, or shared with data brokers.

- No AI Training: Your private data is not used to train public AI models.

D1 Care Instruction for Cotton
- Wash: Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out.
- Dry: Hang dry (Preferred) or Tumble Low.
- Iron: Low heat, inside out. Never iron prints directly.
D2 Care Instruction for Poly/Cotton Blend
- Wash: Warm wash (40°C), inside out.
- Dry: Hang dry (Preferred) or Tumble Low.
- Iron: Low heat, inside out. Never iron prints directly.
D3 Hang Dry vs. Tumble Dry
Hang Dry (Recommended): Lower heat generally helps preserve fabric feel and print longevity over time.
Tumble Dry Low: Convenient, but repeated heat can accelerate wear and shrinkage depending on the fabric.

E2 How to determine my size?
Measure, don't guess. Lay your best-fitting tee flat. Measure width (armpit to armpit). Compare with the "Hardware Specs" table on any product page.

Total Delivery Time = Processing (Handling) + Transit (Shipping). Production and shipping durations vary by product and destination.

You receive a tracking link immediately upon label generation. Monitoring is available via your account dashboard.
F3 Return Policy Protocol
30-Day Window. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
- Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs.
- Size/Change of Mind (Remorse): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
