All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments using SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on our store reflect the amount charged at checkout for supported destinations. As a French micro-business operating under VAT exemption, grabNade does not charge French VAT under Article 293 B of the French CGI. Import duties or local taxes may still apply in certain destinations unless otherwise stated in our shipping policy.

USA: Prices are shown in USD. Orders are fulfilled for the United States market, and no additional import duties should normally apply at delivery for supported shipments.
Canada: Prices are shown in CAD. Depending on the fulfillment route, orders are shipped through supported channels for the Canadian market. If any unexpected customs or tax charge occurs, please contact us.
European Union: Prices are shown in EUR. grabNade operates under French VAT exemption (VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the CGI). No French VAT is charged by grabNade.
United Kingdom: Prices are shown in GBP. Additional local taxes, import duties, or carrier fees may apply depending on the shipping route and applicable law.
Sweden & Denmark: Prices are shown in local currency where available. grabNade does not charge French VAT under Article 293 B of the French CGI. Local taxes or import-related charges may apply depending on destination and shipping route.
Switzerland: Prices are shown in CHF. grabNade is not established in Switzerland and does not represent that Swiss VAT is charged by default. Import taxes, customs duties, or carrier fees may apply depending on the shipment configuration and destination rules.

Unexpected Charges
If you ever receive an unexpected customs, tax, or import-related charge connected to your grabNade order, contact us at support@grabnade.com. We will review the shipment and help find an appropriate solution in line with our shipping policy.

When Am I Charged?

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order, once it is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. Due to our rapid on-demand production process, cancellations requested after this window cannot always be guaranteed. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under consumer law.

Secure Shopping

All payments are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. grabNade never stores your full card details. Shopify Payments is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
