1. Overview
This website is operated by grabNade (Gabriel Weider EI, 320 Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France). Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to grabNade. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
2. General Conditions
We may refuse service to anyone at any time, subject to applicable non-discrimination laws. The whole site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are processed by Shopify Payments.
3. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate and up to date. If we find an error, we correct it and, where an order is affected, we contact you before shipping.
4. Changes to Prices and Service
Prices may change. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it.
5. Products
Our products are printed on demand by our production partner (Printful) after you order. Returns and refunds follow our Return Policy, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
We try to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but your screen may not show every color exactly.
6. Orders and Billing
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full and notify you by email.
7. Third-Party Tools
Some services on the site are provided by third parties (for example payment and tracking). We do not control these tools.
8. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for information. We are not responsible for their content.
9. Comments and Feedback
If you send us comments, reviews or ideas, you agree that we may publish and use them, unedited except for length or to remove personal data.
10. Personal Information
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, in line with the GDPR.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law or regulation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is not excluded or limited for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the French Consumer Code. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify grabNade against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Paris, France, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
