grabNade ships only to the delivery zones listed below. We work with recognized carriers, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and trusted local delivery partners, to support reliable and timely delivery. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping. The shipping cost is shown at checkout based on the delivery zone selected.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Important tax notice: grabNade is a French micro-entreprise operating under VAT exemption pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. As a result, grabNade does not charge French VAT on its sales.
European Union / United States / Canada / United Kingdom: Orders are generally fulfilled through local or regional production facilities when available. In most cases, this helps reduce the risk of customs charges, import duties, or carrier handling fees for these destinations.
Switzerland: Orders shipped to Switzerland may be fulfilled from outside Switzerland. Depending on the shipment route, destination, and applicable local law, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply.
Unexpected charges: If you receive an unexpected customs, import, tax, or duty charge related to your order, please contact support@grabnade.com. We will review the shipment details and assess the situation on a case-by-case basis in line with our policy.
Other destinations: Not available. We ship only to the zones listed above.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
A. Order Cutoff Time (Local Time)
Orders placed before 11:00 AM local time on business days are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
B. Processing Time (Handling)
All items are printed on demand to support quality and help reduce overproduction.
Handling time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
C. Transit Time (Shipping)
Once shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, destination constraints, weather events, or peak seasonal periods.
Handling time applies Monday through Friday. Transit time applies Monday through Saturday, depending on the carrier and destination.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier tracking portal to update after receiving the email.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but is missing, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@grabnade.com.
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to sender due to address errors may be subject to a reshipping fee.
