1. Shipping Overview

grabNade ships to the delivery zones listed below using premium carriers (USPS, DHL, FedEx, and trusted local delivery partners) to support reliable and timely delivery. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping. The shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery zone.

  • 🇺🇸 USA: $4.95 USD (Standard Flat Rate)
  • 🇪🇺 Europe (EU): €4.95 EUR (Standard Flat Rate)
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK): £3.80 GBP (Standard Flat Rate)
  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 5.50 CHF (Standard Flat Rate) 
  • 🇨🇦 Canada (CA): $10.00 CAD (Standard Flat Rate)

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Important tax notice: grabNade is a French micro-business operating under VAT exemption pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. This means grabNade does not charge French VAT on its sales.

European Union: Orders shipped within the EU are sold under grabNade’s French VAT-exempt status. No French VAT is charged by grabNade. Depending on the destination country and applicable law, local tax treatment may vary.
United States / Canada / United Kingdom / Switzerland: Orders may be shipped through different fulfillment routes depending on destination and product availability. Import taxes, customs duties, or carrier handling fees may apply in certain cases depending on local law and shipment route.
Unexpected charges: If you receive an unexpected customs, import, tax, or duty charge related to your order, please contact support@grabnade.com. We will review the shipment details and help find an appropriate solution in line with our policies.
Other destinations: Not available — we ship only to the zones listed above.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

A. Order Cutoff Time (Local Time)

Orders placed before 11:00 AM local time (in the customer’s time zone) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

B. Processing Time (Handling)

All items are printed on demand to support quality and help reduce overproduction.

Handling Time: 2 – 5 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

C. Transit Time (Shipping)

Once shipped, the estimated carrier transit time is:

  • USA: 3 – 6 Business Days
  • Europe / United Kingdom / Switzerland: 2 – 8 Business Days
  • Canada: 2 – 8 Business Days

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, destination constraints, weather events, or peak seasonal periods.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier tracking portal to update after receiving the email.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked "Delivered" but is missing, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@grabnade.com.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to sender due to address errors may be subject to a reshipping fee.
