A Material Specifications
A1 What defines "Airlume Combed" cotton?
Mechanical Purification. Airlume combing removes more impurities and short fibers than standard combing for smoother prints and pilling resistance.
A2 Why use Organic Blanks?
Organic options are marked "Organic" on product pages: eco raglan hoodies (organic cotton outside; inside 80% organic cotton / 20% recycled polyester; SOL'S blank, OCS Blended certified by the blank maker) and, in the US only, women's organic cotton tees (Stanley/Stella blank, GOTS certified by the blank maker). Standard tees are conventional Airlume cotton.
A3 What does "Pre-shrunk" mean?
Improved dimensional stability. “Pre-shrunk” indicates the fabric/garment has undergone a stabilization process intended to reduce shrinkage after purchase. Some shrinkage can still occur, especially with heat.
A4 What is your printing technology?
DTG printing. Every item is printed on demand by our production partner Printful, using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with water-based textile inks. Printer models and ink systems can vary by fulfillment facility.

B1 How does On-Demand reduce waste?
Each item is manufactured exclusively after your order is confirmed, which helps reduce overproduction and unsold inventory.
B2 Who makes your products?
Blanks are made by Bella+Canvas, SOL'S and Stanley/Stella, and every item is printed on demand by Printful. grabNade itself holds no certification. The certifications our suppliers hold, and what each one covers, are listed on our supplier certifications page.
C Digital Infrastructure
C1 Where is the website hosted?
Our email and domain are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. The store runs on Shopify. We don't make environmental claims about our website.
C2 Where is my data hosted?
Secure Cloud. Transactional data is secured on Shopify's Level 1 PCI DSS compliant cloud infrastructure. Customer support communications are managed via our Swiss-hosted servers.
C3 What do you do with my data?
We use your data to process and deliver your order, answer your questions and, if you subscribe, send you our emails.
- Service providers: Shopify (store and payments), Printful (production and shipping) and Klaviyo (marketing emails) process data on our behalf.
- Advertising and analytics: we use cookies and advertising platforms as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of targeted advertising there.
- Your rights: you can ask to access or delete your data at support@grabnade.com.

D1 Care Instruction for Cotton
- Wash: Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out.
- Dry: Hang dry (Preferred) or Tumble Low.
- Iron: Low heat, inside out. Never iron prints directly.
D2 Care Instruction for Poly/Cotton Blend
- Wash: Warm wash (40°C), inside out.
- Dry: Hang dry (Preferred) or Tumble Low.
- Iron: Low heat, inside out. Never iron prints directly.
D3 Hang Dry vs. Tumble Dry
Hang Dry (Recommended): Lower heat generally helps preserve fabric feel and print longevity over time.
Tumble Dry Low: Convenient, but repeated heat can accelerate wear and shrinkage depending on the fabric.

E2 How to determine my size?
Measure, don't guess. Lay your best-fitting tee flat. Measure width (armpit to armpit). Compare with the "Hardware Specs" table on any product page.
F Delivery Time
F1 Total Shipping Time
Total Delivery Time = Production + Transit. Production (printing on demand) takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit takes 3 to 6 business days to the United States and 2 to 8 business days to our other destinations. See our Shipping Policy for rates and the countries we ship to.
F2 Tracking
You receive a tracking link once your order has been fulfilled and tracking information has been added. Tracking is available through your shipping confirmation email and, when available, via your account dashboard.
F3 Return Policy Protocol
Every grabNade item is printed on demand after you order. Summary of our Refund Policy (it does not limit your statutory rights):
- Our mistake (defective, damaged or misprinted item, or wrong size, color or item sent): free replacement or full refund. Report it within 30 days of delivery. Usually no return is needed; if we ask for one, we pay the return shipping.
- Size or change of mind, EU and UK: you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your cost; we refund the item price and the standard shipping cost.
- Size or change of mind, United States, Canada, Switzerland: we don't accept returns for a size you selected or a change of mind.
- No restocking fees.

I Print Protocols
I1 What is your DPI standard?
300 DPI Minimum. Every design file is prepared at 300 Dots Per Inch or more before it goes to print, so lines and details stay sharp.
I2 Why use Vector/PNG formats?
We exclusively use Vectors (SVG) or high-density PNGs.
I3 Do prints fade over time?
Like any DTG print, a print wears gradually with washing. Washing inside out at low temperature and air drying help it last longer. See our care instructions.
J Color Accuracy
J1 Screen vs. Fabric Color
Screens use light (RGB) while fabric uses ink (CMYK). Minor variations in saturation are physically unavoidable.
