At grabNade, we want you to love your item. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll work with you to find an appropriate solution.
All products are made to order specifically for each order. This production model helps reduce waste and maintain quality standards. Even though our products are made on demand, we offer returns and support in accordance with the conditions described below.

30-Day Support Window
You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about any issue with your order.
We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
How to Start a Return or Refund
Contact us at support@grabnade.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos, if applicable (for defective, damaged, or incorrect items)
Important: Returns must be approved before anything is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Good news: grabNade covers return shipping costs for all approved returns under this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you, in accordance with applicable consumer rights and our policy.
You can choose between:

A free replacement, shipped as soon as possible

A full refund, including standard original shipping costs where applicable by law or policy
In clear cases of production defect or fulfillment error, grabNade will usually not require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
grabNade covers approved return shipping costs, including when the issue is acknowledged under our policy.
Size & Fit Issues
We know sizing can be tricky. Unless applicable law or an express agreement provides otherwise, we do not automatically accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer, particularly when the item is made to order or personalized.

Consumer Rights Notice
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel certain distance purchases within 14 days.
However, this right may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized to the consumer's specifications.
As grabNade products are made to order, the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply where the relevant legal exception is fulfilled.
This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding defective, damaged, non-conforming, or incorrectly supplied items.
For Switzerland, Canada, and the United States, grabNade offers returns and support within 30 days, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing is typically completed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@grabnade.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges for customer preference, including size-related issues, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with our support team.
If you selected the wrong size or item, please place a new order and contact us — we may offer a discount code, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a free replacement or a refund.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, grabNade may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and carrier confirmation.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then contact our support team for assistance.
