Size Calibration Protocol

Data-driven fit. Verified tolerances. Zero guesswork.

📏 Metrology Standards

  • Source Data: All charts sourced directly from OEM specs (Bella+Canvas, Stanley/Stella) with ±2.5cm manufacturing tolerance.
  • Feedback Loop: Charts are recalibrated based on return telemetry to ensure data accuracy.
  • No Vanity Sizing: We display raw physical dimensions. If a Medium is 51cm wide, we say 51cm.
  • Inclusivity Specs: Full XS to 5XL coverage available on core SKUs (98% population coverage).

1. Width (Chest)

Lay your best-fitting tee flat. Measure 2cm below the armhole, from seam to seam. This is your target Flat Width.

2. Length (Torso)

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (HPS) straight down to the bottom hem.

Calibration FAQ

How accurate are the charts?
We maintain a strict < 2.5cm tolerance policy. Sourced directly from OEM technical sheets. If a specific batch runs small, we flag it on the product page immediately via our "Fit Note" system.
Why is this an "Eco-Practice"?
Logistics Efficiency. The average fashion return rate is 20%. Our system is engineered to minimize this waste by treating sizing as physical data, not an opinion. Accurate data = Fewer returns = Less CO2.
Algorithm: Between Sizes?
Decision Logic:
  • Premium (142g/m²): Size UP. Lightweight fabric drapes closer to the body.
  • Heavyweight (220g/m²): True to Size. Structured fabric holds its shape.
